why risk costly time on the market? Staging works.

Statistics show that staging does work. Staging will
improve any property. I will find the solution that
requires
the minimum investment for the maximum impact.
Can I do my own staging?

The only guarantee is if you don’t stage, it may take

I usually use your existing furniture to keep costs

but may also have a few recommendations.
How long will it take to stage
a property?
Generally takes no more than a few hours, depending
on the size of your home.
How much will the staging service
cost me?
The cost will depend on the size and condition of
the property. Staging is VERY affordable, and will always
cost much LESS than your first price reduction.
